Minimum Orders:
We sell leather by the hide, with pricing based on the square foot (unless otherwise quoted). All hides are sold whole and uncut,cutting services are not available.
Refund Policy:
All raw material sales are final. Approved exchanges at management’s discretion and will be subject to a restocking fee of 25%. Customers are responsible for applicable shipping costs for any approved shipping exchanges.
Please note: All hair-on products are not eligible for return or exchange.

Shipping Policy:
Shipping Information
We now ship all orders using our standard courier network, ensuring faster, more reliable, and cost-effective delivery across Canada. For addresses that include PO Boxes, we’ll continue to use Canada Post Expedited Parcel, as other couriers are unable to deliver to those locations.
If you’d prefer to use your own courier account, please let us know, we’re happy to accommodate whenever possible.
Because leather parcels vary greatly in size and weight, shipping rates aren’t displayed at checkout. We calculate the most accurate and affordable rate once your order is packed. Shipping costs depend on parcel dimensions, weight, and destination, and will be confirmed before your order ships.
You’ll receive a tracking email once your order has been shipped so you can follow its progress.
Shipping Reminder
Please double-check that your shipping address is accurate and complete. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or missed delivery, additional shipping costs may apply.
USA Mail Orders
We accept Visa or Mastercard (provided securely over the phone). All orders are billed in Canadian Dollars, with your credit card provider applying the current CAD/USD exchange rate.
- Currently, due to pending tariff reviews and changing trade regulations, we cannot guarantee that additional taxes, duties, or fees will not apply to U.S. orders. Customers are responsible for any such charges imposed by customs.
- Orders are shipped via Canada Post Xpresspost for reliable tracking.
Please allow 1–2 weeks for delivery, as all shipments must clear Canada/USA Customs.
Note: We do not ship wild game hides to the U.S.A. due to U.S. Fish & Wildlife restrictions.

Direct Deposit & E-transfer:
These methods are ideal for larger orders, especially where internal approval is needed. Please allow time for funds to be received and cleared before your order is processed. Payment instructions will be provided upon order placement.

Buckskin Leather Company makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the suitability, or performance, of its raw materials for any particular purpose. We disclaim all liability for any damages or losses arising from the use, application, or workmanship of our products. All raw materials are sold “as is,” and their use is at the customer’s sole risk.
